Solid silver, hallmarked 925 so could be from pretty much anywhere.
Quite large in size 6.5/7cm in diameter
8 stones around the outside with one on the inside
I think that the stones positioned at 1 o'clock & 7 o'clock are Opals, I also think that the stones set at 3 o'clock & 9 o'clock are Amethyst's. The yellow stones, the brown coloured stones and the very pale blue stone in the centre I do not have a clue about, although it is quite possibly a Topaz.
I do know that this has age to it, because of where it came from but I know nothing else.
Has anyone seen such a pendent before, does it have a meaning (like a Dearest Ring Diamond-Emerald-Amethyst-Ruby-Emerald-Sapphire-Topaz)
If you know anything about this item, please do get in contact me as I am struggling to find out anything about it. All the jewellers are interested is GOLD and not Silver.
If anyone can help - please email me sunburyhorologist@gmail.com

It could be not so old...I think today they still make some jewelry that looks similar to your pendant.
The yellow stones could be citrine, the brown ones could be smokey quartz, the ones you think are opal could also be moonstone. Then all of the stones are some quarts variety, that makes sense...other than that I don't have a clue about age or origin, sorry.
