This a vintage cat with a fish planter made by the American Bisque Co. The identifying marks on this planter include the distinctive wedges on the bottom of piece as well as the "USA" mark on the back. These were often used by the American Bisque. Also airbrushing was used to paint it which is a distinct characteristic of their work.
It measures approximately 7" wide & 6 1/2" tall. It measures 4" from front to back (measuring from it's widest points). The opening is slightly larger than 2" x 2" & the inside is hollow so that something may be planted in it. It weighs 1lb 8oz (680 grams).
