This vintage choker belonged to my deceased mother. It's from 1950-60's. There are a few marks (see photo 4) a.o. 585 = 14 K and the letters AS+ probably the initials of the maker. At that time given by my father to my mother as a gift for a special anniversary therefore also very special to me in remembering my late mother. It's simple and therefore I would call it timeless it has a nice matt pattern. It's very nice to wear as it is but also fantastic with a pendant with a large bail. The weight is 36 gr and it's 42.5 cm long (16.8") and 0.7 cm wide.
It is a timeless piece of jewelry, not so very old but actually at all sorts of occasions and clothes to wear. Don't you agree?
