These are #231 in book - 2¢ Landing of Columbus - brown violet 1892 new unused stamps. 14 stamps total. Book price $30 to $35ea! I have had these for 4 years. From my Dads collection. New home possable. Thanks for lookin!

   jsw14 ...Which book?
   Scotts shows this to be a 1893 (which is when the Colombian Expo was held).
   And what book shows a "range" (30-35.00)?
   
   The 2005 Scotts shows it was worth $21.00 previously hinged and $45.00 never hinged and 30 cents used.
   
   EMBER ... go to your local library and look in their collector reference section for stamp price guides. Scotts is generally consdiered the authority so use them if they have one. The US Post Office will sell you one using Scotts information as well. Smaller post offices may have to order it, but they can do that for you. That guide is likely between $20.00 and $30.00 which will depend on which binding you get.
