This is my Murano Vetro Artistico Veneziano Cruet, which was produced in the 1960s in Italy, the Stopper is hand blown and has a smoothed pontil, and is partially hollow, and also features a hand applied glass meandering shell handle and leafs, its a very lovely cruet Thanks for looking!

Stephens and Williams around 1870 would be my pick. They were renowned for their applied floral decoration which gave them the creedence they deserved as some of the best glass blowers England produced during the 19th century

Thanks for the information Dean, but I viewed a another example which was exactly the same except for the colors and it had a sticker which providing the information I needed, which makes me almost sure this is a 1960s Hand Made Murano Vetro Artistico Veneziano Cruet, These pieces were produced to look old, however it is only 50 - 60 years old, instead of the 100+ I was hoping, Oh well still a very nice piece.

It is definitely Stevens and Williams. I have at least 15 different pieces of it. All the same color and the clear applied rigaree.... Just saying.. I could send you some pictures if you like.
