On the Back there is a Name "St Omer" Which A Search on Google Brings up a Town in France, Could It Be From a Building in that Town? or is St Omer a Product Name of the Handle?

St. Omer is probalby the name of that style. The logo with RHCo has a shape of a "keystone" around it.

I believe RHCo is the Reading Hardware Company from Reading, Pennsylvania (the Keystone State). They were around from the middle of the 1800's to about the 1950's.

I am not particularly familiar with their hardware, but I remember having keyblanks to Reading locks at a locksmith shop I used to work in.
