Hmmmm - British Special Air Service (SAS) insignia, US Special Forces patch as a pin (you have it upside-down) US Master Parachutist insignia as some sort of charm, Green Beret of the US 5th Special Forces Group-Vietnam. It’s quite possible that a Green Beret might train with the SAS and pick up that insignia.
