Found this at an estate sale. mr. Sandman picture. It appears that maybe it glowed in the dark at one time. I think it may be from the 50 's, but uncertain. Has anyone seen this before to know what part it played in Disney ? Found it on worthpoint, but I am not a member there. It also did not tell what era it is from.
