I found this songbook in my stuff. I don't remember where I got it . I found her on the web, but not the book. can anyone help. When was it published, and whats the value?

   Here's a 14 song songbook for about 17 euro. It would require a very specific collector. Plus, since she was English, perhaps more collectible over there.
