This is my antique 8 day key wind wall clock. It chimes on the hour and the half hour. The chime is a coil shaped thing that sits off a plate on the back wall. It has a pendulum than hangs directly from a wire connected to the clock workings. There are no markings on the brass clock face or anywhere else I can see.
Can anyone please tell me who made it and approximately when it might have been made?

I have a clock just like this and I love it. Mine is a Junghans German Clock that dates back to the early 1900's. I would bet that yours is the same. Junghans was a very reputable German clockmaker and his clocks are cherished. There is quite a bit of info on the internet about him. Hope you enjoy your clock!
