This is another dollar watch by Westclox
The paper dial (which most dollar watches have) shows its age. It is marked: RECORD & MADE IN U.S.A.
The case is what is called a boy-proof case.
The back cover has the guarantee paper inside. Sold date is 6-15-1913.
Thanks for looking,
Dave

I found this exact pocket watch at an old stage coach stop in Northern CA, along with a very nice fob made from a silver spoon. I wish I knew the value, or where I could find one that works for sale so I could reunite the fob....

Was this watch style sold prior to 1913?
