I know nothing about this except that I bought at my favourite thrift shop for 50 cents and I like it! I'd appreciate any input from you all on CW!
I know enough to know that it is blown and has a conical shaped pad foot that is much wider than the top of the fluted bowl. From experience I know that the a wider foot means “early”. There is no decoration except that there are an optical vertical ribs in the bowl that lead to the bowl. There is no pontil. It looks to be blown in one piece. Does that means that it was cut at the lip and tooled later? But how? Input needed.

It stands only 10.5 cm or 4.1 inches tall.
The foot is 5.5 cm or 2.15 inches wide.
The lip is 3.5 cm or 1.35 inches wide.

    Tiny!
It looks a lot better with a liqueur within.
Look at the 'flute' shape defined by the liquid!
It's as if the glass is not there!
