Many of these jewelry I have you already shown on this site but then as separate ornament but never as set (parure). These jewels are classic Silver Victorian jewels.
Both the necklace with locket (with golden letters) as the bracelet stand with photo in the book: Antique jewellery by John Benjamin, pages 137/139. A book that I you would like to recommend because it's a teachable book for the starting antique jewelry collector.
