This is a wonderful large sterling modernist ring signed HOB.
Unfortunately, I can not find out any information regarding this signature. If anyone has information regarding this mark, and its origin that would be really great! Thanks.

There is mention of "HOB" as a Mexican manufacturer here:

So far there is no identity with search: mexican silver marks "HOB".
Thanks for the link. Someone had told me it might be Mexican. According to that site it could be a contemporary piece. It definitely has a modernist look to it.
HOB is a NYC company from @ 1965 through now. Check out illusionjewels.com which offers thousands of makers marks and manufacturers names.
