I just bought this old GMC Trucks sign from an older gentleman's storage unit, along with several other vintage/antique metal and porcelain signs. I know its not a reproduction. I bought some other items that he had stashed away in there for many a year. Antique golf bag w/clubs, an old Toledo Co Cooker et. My dillema is that the sign is not marked with a company name, other that General Motors. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful! Cheers.

Reproduction
That was my initial thought...I can't find a reproduction anywhere on the Internet that looks like this one though. Similar, but not the same. Also, it has a bit of rust...and was obtained with other items dating anywhere from 1930-1950...I'm sure of the age on the others..theyre hallmarked. And they are in about the same condition as this one....got a coca cola cooler radio from 1988 that is unopened in the box. Looks like new...virtually no wear even on the box. This old fella really took care of his stuff. So if anyone has soon a replica that is heavy painted exactly like this one I would really appreciate if you could drop me a line. Thanks!
It could still be 30-35 years old and it's not "heavy paint"it's enamaled.Good luck!
