MARCO ZANUSO FOR ZANOTTA - ITALY DATES 1970S
found this today after ive have gotten off the phone with Amberrose, i was at goodwill when i found this table , it has its marker mark on all four of the legs as well . there is some very small chips but who cares ive just gotten something very very important piece of furniture. very beautiful table . i paid $12.99 for this piece . its in great condition . the lesson is here folks dont ever ever pass on something just because it has a very very small defect , because you never know what you may encounter that is lesson 101 in collecting:) so heres some info that ive pulled up from wiki on Zanotta. Zanotta is an Italian company in the field of ' decor , best known for his contribution to the evolution of the design Italian in the fifties and sixties.
Founded by Aurelio Zanotta, the company immediately began to engage in the production process known names in Italian design and architecture. Among them, Achille Castiglioni , Gae Aulenti , Marco Zanuso , Ettore Sottsass , Joe Colombo , Alessandro Mendini , Andrea Branzi , Giuseppe Terragni , Carlo Mollino , De Pas - D'Urbino - Lomazzi , Enzo Mari , Bruno Munari , Ross Lovegrove .
The company's success in the field of design has been recognized with three Compasso d'oro : the first, in 1968 , to shed shell Roberto Menghi , the second in 1979 for the coat Shanghai by De Pas, D'Urbino, Lomazzi and the third, in 1987, the famous chair Tonietta of Enzo Mari .
Since 1989 , the company has added to its collection a second product line, Zanotta Edizioni, less tied to industrial design and more influenced by applied. The production for this line is largely carried out using traditional techniques, and is in limited series.
Zanotta produced with different technologies, without committing to one type of material or process like other companies in the same industry (eg, Bonacina Pierantonio or Kartell ), ranging from metals to plastics , stone, fabrics and wood.
Several pieces of Zanotta are exposed to the MoMA , the Metropolitan Museum of New York , the Centre Pompidou in Paris , the Design Museum of London , the Taideteollisuusmuseo Konstindustrimuseet of Helsinki and the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein .

Sorry to hear about the hangover. Take good care of yourself tonight. I have heard that raw beef - really quite raw beef - is good for that species of headache. Don't know if it works or not, but I read it in a 'reputable cookbook' once. Take care!!! : )

I've heard that it is a classic cure for a hangover. The meat packs a hefty B12 punch, and there are other elements that supposedly help, such as raw egg. I have never tried it. I remember hearing that it was a favorite hangover RX at the 21 Club in New York City. All the recipies I've found tonight seem too spicy, but here's one anyway. Take care!
