I came across a small thimble collection of six thimbles. I decided I would start a collection by taking these into my home and learning more about them.
If you can give me information (company? date? material? value?), I would love to label these so I can pass them down as heirlooms one day. Finding these has made me start shopping around for other vintage pieces - there is a such a variety and so much to learn!
THIS THIMBLE:
- has no identifying markings
- is gold in color with an aztec looking pattern along the bottom
- the very top has a flower pattern in the middle of the dot indentions
All six thimbles are up for identification! Thanks in advance.

unfortunately the out of focus images make it difficult to see the detail. You might try a google image search for -greek key thimble- and find something to match yours.
greek key? will do. My batteries are charging for my good camera. i will try and replace these pics with better ones once they charge up. If you get a wild hair to help me out come back later!
thanks so much!
