First off...I'd like to apoligize for the disturbing rant I had put on this page.
This is what happens when a fragile piece is not packed well.
The first pic is what the radio looked like when seen on e-bay.
The second pic is when I received it in poor packing materials.
The third and fourth pics are what I did to repair the damage. At least it works and the damage is almost unseen.

Boy you did some amazing work there REED! I wish I could do this, I could save alot more older tube, tabletops! Shipping sometimes really sucks huh? I would love to know your process in restoring this beauty.
