I think this is a piece of stoneware or transferware or both for all I know. I just know I ate ALOT of Rice Krispies out of it when I was little. Someone told me the mark was an important one. Whatever that means. Would like to know more about it.

That sure looks like Wedgewood "Beatrice" pattern transferware. Need a clearer picture of that English Registry stamp or tell me the numbers/letters in the diamond corners and will tell you the year/month/day of month/ and bundle#(the bundle# is unimportant). The IV in the circle above diamond means Ceramics.
