The first pic is a beautiful African mask under 'Fetichism'. The second shows the Marx Brothers in 'Animal Crackers'. the third shows Oppenheimer's famous fur-lined cup, saucer and spoon and an interesting jacket by Dali [which i've never seen before]. and the last is an example of some of the writings on colored pages. it's so fascinating how many artists really broke out of the 'average' category when they joined the Surrealists. Duchamp alone, seemed to incite greatness in all of those around him. and it's more than just good ole boys clapping each other on the back. these artists seemed to emerge from this movement with absolute confidence and a creative way of being which - for most of them - went on for decades of extreme productivity.
