This is a Collette Cushion Co. 32x6 po(?) Hard rubber tire for a large truck in the 10's or 20's.They layed cable in the molds to create these air holes(pic#2) which were the cushion part of it! I'm sure anything was an improvement in those old things!btw this is very heavy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
