Hi, Can anyone help me identify this item? The base is iron and I think the 3 rings at each corner might be cigar holders? The woman portion is actually come kind of white metal bottle that fits into the base. When the woman is in place, there is a well under her in the base - for tobacco perhaps? Whatever attached to the screw cap was clipped off...could it be a lighter and the woman held lighter fluid perhaps? Or am I completely off and this has nothing to do with smoking?

Thanks! The bottle/woman portion is white metal (spelter), but the base and cap are more solid. I think the base is cast iron, but the base and the cap might be brass? I'm afraid to ruin any possible "patina" by cleaning.
