Hi,
I can't find any markings on this metal duck. There seems to be some gold plating on the bill and legs and the eyes are glass. It is very detailed but I can't find a marking and don't know if it is silver or plated. What is it made of? Who might have manufactured it? Thanks!

Hi,
I hopefully will not disappoint your dreams. This appears to be brass with vintage tarnish. The reasons the bill and legs would be brighter would be due to those sections being more "polished" for attracting the eye. Any silver or gold pieces of the 20th century would be marked.
Enjoy ! It's a wonderful piece..
