This ceramic bird statue is marked Italy. I'm told it is from around 1950. I've seem other vintage Italian pottery pieces, and this one just seems to be a much better quality and very detailed. Does this make a difference in value? Is it possible to determine who might have made it? Thanks!

    Ah, that is much better. Its even better looking than before with the head. How tall is this?

    it is about a foot tall.

    Sorry, that link may not work - I'm checking something else out. I found another bird statue with the same mark on the bottom but different number.
