These are two 1950 magazine advertisements for Cartier Silverware.
The first is a full page 9 3/4" by 12 3/4" ad for an imported sterling silver tea & coffee set. The second ad is a 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" ad for a sterling silver baby set.
Cartier is a high-end French jewelers. They opened a New York retail store in 1904. Silver retailed was generally made by quality American firms and branded with the Cartier mark, or sometimes with the original manufacturer's mark.
