This seat was found in an old chook shed about 30 yrs ago, unsure of it's actual age original perhaps. made of some sort of pine, Aus kind, there's no sign of where it used to reside, parts of the older part of the house are well over 100 yrs old pressed tin ceilings etc. I was going to make a table out of it, and put a container under the hole and put plants in it, but the boss laid the law down and told me to burn it, as you can see I totally ignored her.>:-) bet it seen some scary sights in it's day. I'm not sure what category it comes under.

Burn it??? That is too classic to burn. The table idea is great, put a chamber pot under the hole.

that's what I thought, chamber pots a good idea, I'll need to find one might have a plastic (yuk) one here somewhere. I've got some old square desk legs here somewhere, something to do keep me out of the boozer.

So you're the one who stole the seat from my out-house! Hope you sanded that splinter off.
