Check out Abingdon Pottery. This looks like one to me. They made lots of pieces with "pleats" or textured edges, and in early pieces, some had marks in the mold. It's worth a try!

Hi, gingerakesler! Beautiful bowl. Unfortunately, I didn't uncover the hallmark. It might be an "A" instead, but I checked "A" too and didn't find it. Sorry! You are posting some toughies. : D Hope your Saturday is splendid.
Oh, and no, it doesn't look like any Van Briggle hallmark with which I'm familiar.
