with boye---with weight and hook---with flys....botton..suface...
the metal part says fuji fs-7 us pat
but i think it is a new more recent part
the rest---aluminium by the edges--it seems copper to scrwe 2 parts
painted in brown but i think its fiber--glass...whale?
