Here is the other side of the coin. I have no idea if it is made of silver, gold, gold plated or a combination. I received several items from a bottling plant owner before he passed away.. Was this an item given to plant owners?? I have so many questions about the items given to me but unfortunately, I cannot ask due to obvious reasons. It appears to have been stored in it's original plastic container and that could have contributed to the discolorations on the coin. ??
Any comments from others out there regarding this piece would be much appreciated. (No, I am not asking for an appraisal, LOL)
Do others like this exist? What are they made of, etc.

Ray, I meant that I cannot ask the person who gave me coca cola items any questions about them because he is now deceased. I'm not sure which plant he owned, I believe it was in Kentucky. I have some of his convention badges (not from Coca-Cola Collecter's Club conventions) which state he respresented the Southeast Region. I wish I could turn back time and ask him about his Coca-Cola related life adventures, both work and travel.

It looks like tarnished silver, not gold. worth the price per ounce, if pure silver.

The Coke Co. in Atlanta has a museum & archives so you just contact them. They are very willing to help collectors & I was astonished with all the info. they sent me on an inquiry about a few bottles. They sent about 20 pages, by mail, about current prices on old bottles! Ask, & you shall receive.
