I am new at collecting and found this gorgeous vase in a powder blue milk glass. It has a ruffled edge around the top and looks like it onece was painted around the edge of the ruffles. it has a piece of glass in the glass when forming and the pontil mark is rough. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Tammy
