This is a 1950 magazine advertisement for a Mitchell Window Air Conditioner made by the Mitchell Manufacturing Co., Chicago, Illinois.
The history of the company seems to be very vague although it seems they were once called the Mitchell Lamp Co. and they made other electronic items such as lamps and radios and also automobile air conditioners. The company also seems to have a history of being sued on numerous occasions by other companies for patent infrigements, one being Hoover for the Window Air Conditioning Unit.
