This is a 1950 magazine advertisement for Hal-Sey Fifth Avenue (NY). The ad is for the jewel-colored anodized aluminum tumblers which were common in the 1950's and 60's. These tumblers were available in Emerald Green, Silver, Amethyst, Gold, Sapphire Blue, Chartreuse, Turquoise, and Ruby. Many other companies copied these tumblers and there were also other sizes and shapes of cups made, some with design engravings. I have three different colors of "knock-offs" posted on my board (blue, gold, and lilac).
