I dont know much about this kind of stuff but thought it was pretty cool item. I would love to more know if anybody collects this type of item.

    Hi poptop, the geisha image is called lithophane and the style of the cup and sauccer is called dragonware. This is typically Japanese and was produced by several kilns. If there a mark on the bottom, we might get closer to the kiln that produced these. Regards. Jim
