These are three 1950 magazine advertisements for Firth Carpets made by the Firth Carpet Company, Cornwall, NY. - The Firth Carpet Mill operated from 1886 until the early 1960s. That’s when Majestic Weaving of Paterson, N.J. bought the place and turned it into a textile dye house. The hamlet of Firthcliffe, NY is named after the company.
