This is a Manneken Pis letter opener. My father got it when Grandpa died. Dad was born in 1911. I don't know any other background except it is very old. I have not been able to find another one like it. All the Manneken Pis letter openers I find are thin and usually only have an imprint of the Statute. This one is all brass and very heavy. It is 8½" long. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I would really like to know the background of this item
