I would like to show you this Victorian brooch with rose diamonds. It is a bow brooch with a number of rose diamonds and in the tassel a large diamond. The diamonds are put on foil and set in silver, as was often done in that time, to let the beautiful diamonds sparkle in the candlelight. The settings are closed at the back.
Do you have any idea of the correct period during which this brooch might be created? The brooch is not hallmarked.
In any case, this is a very elegant jewel for every occasion and what on almost any piece of clothing can be worn even as beautiful.

Most beautiful!
Thanks Newtimes
Sorry, Im not very good at dating jewelry.
When I saw the bow shape I thought it to be from around 1895-1900 but I'm not so sure anymore because of the pear shaped foil backed diamond tassel...I think maybe it's earlier.
Thanks for your comment Newtimes, we wait perhaps there is another collector who has an idea of the date.
