Original art done by the artist John Gilroy submitted to S.H. Benson advertising agency for approval with notes and changes. They would then be returned to Gilroy for completion of a final, detailed painting. Cleaned, mounted on plywood and framed under glass. Circa 1948-1953.

I am in contact with someone who has 4 original signed Gilroy canvases that are for Guinness posters...2 are "Print" and 2 are "Submit" ....Do you have any idea of what these canvases should cost? The owner of these particular canvases is asking a rather high figure (in my opinion)...over $5000...so before I go any further, I'm trying to get more information.
