Months it seems, I have searched for any clue as to these items origins... They both have a single bebe or pea inside that shakes when you rattle them. First I thought old bably rattle, but these seem to be a little too distinguished of gentlemen for that, then maybe a political convention or party noise maker, I can't find anything like them anywhere and it's starting to drive me completely mad. Anyone have any idea?
