This is an unusual Herring or Kipper Spoon Spatula in Sterling silver. I think this is the old shell pattern? Measuring on 5 1/8" long. The back of the Spoon has a mark I have not been able to locate and any help would be appreciated. It could be Scandinavian, Norwegian in origin. Looks like a miniature spatula. But who made it?
