This is a 1950 magazine advertisement for the Kodaslide Table Viewer.
Eastman Kodak Company, commonly known as Kodak, was founded by George Eastman in 1889. Kodak is best known for photographic film products. - I can find no reference to any Kodaslide viewers prior to 1949 although the Kodaslide trademark was first registered in 1940.
The carousel type slide projectors were first released by Kodak in 1961 and the company ceased making them in 2004.
