I found this item about 10 years ago at an Estate Sale in Arkansas. I thought I might try to collect other items, since then I have found a creamer at a garage sale. a minurature cup, saucer and a dessert plate or bread plate, not sure, at a flea market.
It is unusual because the print is with raised enamels. Recent research shows its from the 1920-1940 time frame.
