I know this is Sabino even if he's not marked because this is being reproduced by Sabino in the modern day. This is definitely teh same figure but with a lot more fire.
Does anyone know the story of early sabino and why these figures might not be marked? Did they mark with just a sticker at one point? Most of these had the remains of some sort of paper label.

Hi Alisa. Don't know if it helps, but have you seen these..
http://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_nkw=malachite&_sacat=0&_odkw=&item=180987495465&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&_osacat=0&hash=item2a23b20429&_ssn=1rosesofwood
yeah I saw those. not sure what to make of them. Either.
1. Moser used sabino molds and made them in malachite (not likely)
2. sabino at some point used malachite glass and they got a fake moser mark
3. desna has some sort of agreement with sabino and used some of their molds and somehow a fake moser mark has gotten on these..
4.. (other)
I don't know.
I don't think it tells me much about the ones I have though.
