petey
(298 items)
Part of a blue glass dessert set, appear to be hand painted/plated in silver, these are unpolished, but when they have been cleaned the silver is bright and clear, from Malta, no makers marks but look great when polished. I remember them from 1960's but could be earlier.

stunning petey:) and very beautiful:)
Very pretty!....:-)
Are there any marks on the bottom of the desert set & do you know where in Malta it was purchased? I lived in Malta & I still have family there :)
Thanks for looking BELLIN68, mustangtony, Maltamary and inky. Thanks for the comments, in answer to your question Maltamary, I can not see any maker marks. I remember living next to an RAF base in Malta, about 1965, possibly Luqa? in some flats, and this was about the time that these appeared, so I presume bought in Malta.
Thanks for looking, AmberRose.
