Just picked these lamps up at an auction and I absolutly adore them! I just wish I knew something about them - age, country of origin, value. They're not for sale - they're too precious to me. Made of white bisque. I love the sweet faces on the four putti. The seem to be playing with and around seashells.

Hey SharonH: These are terrific. What kind of shades would you put on these?
Thanks for your note. I am going to put round white glass globes on these. The base ring takes a globe base of about 2.5" in diameter. The resulting lamp won't produce a whole lot of light, but I will be using these more for accent pieces to give an ambient glow, so that's ok.
check out my lamp is it white bisque? how would i know if it is?
