On back:
The "Worlds Largest Redwood Tree Service Station" located on highway 101 in North Ukiah, Calif. has proven a mecca for tourists since 1936. Over 1500 years old, this tree was carefully selected from a grove of monster Redwoods 17 miles west of Ukiah, quartered and reassembled in its present location.

blunderguss2 : That tree is nothing . I was in a car that drove through a giant redwood tree . It was huge and was still alive at the time . That tree is now dead , but the Sequoia National Park Service has cut another giant redwood tree to drive through although it is not as big as the first one . Somewhere we have a photo of our family standing at the base of a huge giant redwood . We look like ants .
