This is a 1953 magazine advertisement for Tuborg Beer brewed by Tuborg Breweries, Ltd., Copenhagen, Denmark.
--- Tuborg is a Danish brewing company founded in 1873 by Carl Frederik Tietgen. The brewery was founded in Hellerup, a northern suburb of Copenhagen. Tuborg initially produced pale lager for the Danish market. It merged with United Breweries in 1894, which then entered into a profit-sharing agreement with Carlsberg in 1903.
United Breweries was acquired by Carlsberg in 1970. Tuborg sells a variety of beers in over 31 countries including: Tuborg Green, Tuborg Lemon, Tuborg Christmas beer, Tuborg Gold, Tuborg Red, Tuborg Twist, and Tuborg Black. In its native country of Denmark, Tuborg is also known for additional brands including Tuborg Red (their oldest beer type) and various soft drinks including "Tuborg Squash" (orange flavored).
