Gorgeous Czech Glass Ewer featuring Black Amethyst aplied handle and trim along the scalloped rim.. the body of the Ewer has a square like twist to it, and is heavily spattered with blue, yellow, white and a darker color that may indeed be amethyst that by being "stretched" so it apears lighter in color.. it is marked along side the unpolished pontl.... Made in, with Czechoslovakia underneath. believed to be Welz . no Atribution is 100% correct... ca 1920's 30's it is 9 1/2" tall and 4 1/4" wide by 3"

Very nice, I think the stark white framed by the dark rim and handle and all that colour looks wonderful, love it..:-)
Favorite colour combination... Blue and Yellow. :) Then to add white/black are a great contrast. Fab. pc, Gary.

BOTH RUCKL AND WELZ USED AN INNER WHITE LINING, SO IT COULD BE EITHER. I'D RATHER GO WITH EITHER/ OR THAN MAKE A DEFINITIVE, CATEGORICAL ID.
