I bought this chair for $75 at a local Salvation Army, and I'm excited that appears to be a real Victorian antique! I'm not sure whether it's Rococo or Renaissance Revival (or perhaps neither), and I think it's walnut. What I know is that it's a medallion-back, spring-seat gentleman's chair. The upholstery appears original. The upholstery is nailed on with decorative tacks, and the joints are mortise and tenon with glue. Overall pretty good condition.
