I'm wondering if anyone could help me identify her..I picked her up at an antique mall today..she has no markings..all composition ,,no ears..her hair is missing..but there is some hair molding..her clothes are stapled onto her..Ive found a cpl like her..kinda..but no staples..and they have marks...

Hi is she about 11 inches tall ? The photo is not real clear on painting . She appears to be a Composition "Dream World doll ? or type . Whenever they stapled clothes on the dolls were less expensive to make . Dates 1940's . They were sold as tourist and novelty dolls . She has very crude face not smooth which if so she either had some repair or she was a poor quality composition . Their hair was usually mohair just glued to head and not made to comb it was not not a good wig . She is a nice example of 40's doll's .
