first things first, Blunderbuss2 has made his request to see something other than "Glasswares" . Beings I'm an obliging type, well maybe not all the time. I thought I'd post something that might catch his eye and maybe pull up a smile.
This pistol was an after thought at an auction My wife and I attended. I went looking at several other pieces on the sale bill, while walking down the rows looking before the auction started. My wife, points and say"Jes, That's a pretty one. Is that what we came to the auction for?" Well it wasn't but this Piece came home with us anyway.
It's a Llama 22 automatic, styled after the model 1911. It's about 2/3 scale in size of the 1911. It's a Nickle Plated with Pearl Handles. This pistol was made in 1951 as per the stamps on the frame. It had only been fired 3 times, at the factory and I have the target and inspector's sheet. As you can see the box also. Now that's home the wife has grown very attached to this weapon with the size and caliber, it does make for a nice Ladies Handbag pistol. And as she stated, "It's Pretty" . Thanks for looking and hope you like seeing this piece.

Just How'd I miss this? So VERY nice! It'd leave a "pretty" nice hole in something for sure! ;) This would look just beaut in a baize lined, fitted gun box!
Thank You very much Hems303, I agree, but this is the original factory box, almost a shame, it's not a display box. Thanks again, very appreciated!!
Thank You Kevin for showing the love, very appreciated!!
Sean, need eye4's new chair to spin. but sounds a little to risky for me to be involved.
Thank You Sean, leighannrn and Michael for stopping by and showing the love on this , very appreciated!!
I just noticed that I didn't give a "L.I." before. That must have been the night I drooled on the keys & they didn't work for 2 days.
blunderbuss2, you did before, I've had a "Furbar" and lost all my "Likes and Loves" on all my earlier posting,
Thank you Michael and Lucas for showing the love, very appreciated!!
Oh! I have to keep a towel next my key-board & often forget to move it where needed. No, I don't just drool all the time!
Understand completely, some time the towel here isn't big enough and still make a mess. :-)
